We offer free shipping on orders over $300. All other shipping rates are available at checkout. We strive to dispatch orders within one business day, but please note that allocation and order processing are swift processes. Once an order reaches the allocation and processing stage, it cannot be cancelled. Here are some factors that might cause shipping delays:

- Incorrect or incomplete addresses, including missing apartment or suite numbers

- Allocating inventory from multiple locations

- Changes to addresses or products after an order is placed

- Delays in fraud clearance for higher-risk orders

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email.

We are an online-only store so do not have any physical locations where you may come to collect your items.
